It was recently found that when doing a large number of dispatches to virtual users a race condition can occur which will lead to severely degraded performance.
A hotfix for this issue has been completed and is scheduled to be deployed into production on Thursday, December 16 at 3am EST time.
This fix will not require downtime and there should be no impact to the production applications.

Before the upgrade, Dispatchers will receive a popup notification and after the upgrade, they will receive another notification asking them to refresh their browser.
