We are happy to announce the upcoming release of Symphia NowForce Version 6.2.2
The new version will be deployed on Sunday, July 23rd at 3:00 AM EST time.

Before the upgrade, Dispatchers will receive a popup notification and after the upgrade, they will receive another notification asking them to refresh their browser.
We have a planned maintenance window of two hours. Though we do not expect any down-time during this maintenance window, please be ready for a potential service interruption of up to 30 minutes.
