Intellicene wants to notify you that we will be performing maintenance and updates on the NowForce production web servers hosted in AWS on Sunday, 5th April.
Part of these updates include upgrading the .NET Core version, applying Windows updates on one of the web server and replacing the second server. These activities will require restarting the servers. The updates will be performed gradually, ensuring that one web server remains up and running at all times in order to prevent downtime.
Impact: Dispatchers who are connected to a server at the time it restarts may need to refresh their screen to continue working. This impact is limited to Dispatchers only and a simple refresh will reconnect them to the active server.
Additional Information: This maintenance is required prior to the NowForce 6.5 version production release scheduled for April 19, as the version depends on .NET Core 10.
