Update

The NowForce Desktop Version 5.6, which was scheduled for Sunday, Aug 2nd is postponed, and will be deployed on Sunday, August 9th, 2020 at 7:00 AM UTC (3:00 AM EDT).

In version 5.6, the NowForce licensing structure is being updated and we want to allow more time to communicate the licensing conversion model. We have contacted all of our SaaS (cloud) partners/customers in recent days with an explanation on the converted licenses. Should you have any questions or concerns or in case you haven't been contacted regarding the new license model - please do not hesitate to contact your Verint sales manager. If you are an on-prem customer, we will reach out to you after the release to coordinate a version update.

Prior to the release, Dispatch Operators will receive a popup notification on the screen and after the upgrade, they will receive another notification requesting them to refresh their browser.
